About Us About

Welcome to Precious Imprints. I am so glad you are here!

My name is Shriya Swaminathan and I create memories and keepsakes that you would love to preserve for a lifetime!

Being a parent myself, I know how precious children are and how fast they seem to grow. In addition to the photographs that remind you of how they looked when they were little, you need something more. Something that is unique to your child. Something that is going to light up your eyes and make you feel warm, every time you look at it.

That’s where I step in.

With a degree in fashion designing and a creative career in jewellery making to boot, I am always thinking about taking special care to ensure you and your child have the most wonderful experience and a precious keepsake to cherish forever.

A Bit About Us

My husband, Ganesh and I were living in the UK when our first child was born. It was a precious and a humbling moment for the both of us and we wanted to capture and preserve our baby’s tiny hands and feet as a keepsake. So, we got an imprint done of her hands and feet at 11 weeks and it remains one of our prized possessions till date.

By the time our second child was born, we had relocated to India and once again, we were keen to get a set of imprints done. Surprisingly, we couldn’t find anyone offering a service like this in Bangalore. We then decided to do the prints ourselves after a lot of research and training spanning a couple of years.

We were very happy with our result and it proudly adorns our living room.

It made us realise that there might be other doting parents out there who might be looking to capture their child's memory in some unique way and that was when Precious Imprints was born.
